At Diorama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Diorama account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are protected and the return authorization form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
